Niagara County Builders Association
Announces Fall Festival of Homes 2001 Niagara
County Builders Association is gearing up for their Fall "Festival of Homes 2001" and returning to Wheatfield
Heights Subdivision on Nash Road in Wheatfield, NY, the site of the
"Festival of Homes 1999," with developers Tom and Gerry
DiMatteo, G.T. Custom Built Homes, Inc. Last year, the NCBA Festival of Homes 2000 brought
together nine prestigious builders who combined talent and experience to
showcase their custom homes in the beautiful Wildwing Preserve subdivision
built around Eagle Lake. "Eight to ten participating builders make a really
nice show for viewing," noted NCBA Home Show Chairman and past
President, Joe Paonessa. To maintain their high standard for excellence, the home
show developer and participating builders are required to be members of
the association. The homes are judged for Best of Show, Best Landscape,
Best Exterior, Best Interior, Best Kitchen Design, Best Master Suite, and
Best Floor Plan. Each year the NCBA sponsors a home show that is open to
the public and donates a portion of the admission fee to charity. Last
year, donations were made to the Wheatfield Lions Club, National Kidney
Foundation, and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. If you're in the market to build or buy a new home, NCBA
Festival of Homes 2001 is the home show to see. The first meeting was held Thursday, January 4th at J. T.
Wheatfield's in the Town of Wheatfield. Interested builders can contact
the Niagara County Builders Association at 283-0557.
