Builders Recognized for Building the First ENERGY STARŪ Homes
in Western New York

Incentive checks were presented to Blackley Homes and Mordeno Construction by the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) for being the first builders in the state to build New York ENERGY STARŪ labeled homes.
