phone number at the office is 693-5736 and fax is 693-5738, once it is

Festival
of Homes
To date we still do not have a Chairperson
for our home show scheduled for September 2005. It is most important that
we have a volunteer for this event by March 15th. Past Chairman John Ennis
has compiled a complete format for this job and we have many people to
assist. However, a Chairperson to oversee the event is vital. Please help
your association by being our Chairperson - thank you.
Member
Notice
Teasurer John Ennis is now at home after another
surgery for his back problems. If you get a chance, give him a call.
Dues
Invoices for your 2005 annual dues were mailed
to all members in mid-January. If you have not remitted your dues check,
please do so immediately, so we can remit the required amount to NAHB
and NYSBA, as required.
We have received cancellations from the following
companies: Orville Home Appliance (Marty Gregoire) and ERDCO Development,
LLC (Craig Avery). Please mark your records to show these firms are no
longer members of our association.
Winner!
At the last meeting at Suzanne's, we resumed
our 50/50 Build Pac Split. Our winner for February was Howie Gardner of
Barden Homes, who received $36 as his share of the split.
